Service Description

Awaken, soothe and rebalance your chakras. These energy healing sessions can include: breathwork, mantras (sounds), mudras (hand positions), marma points (accupressure), essential oils and guided meditations. Each session is tailored specifically to the individual. These sessions are best purchased as a package of 3-4 sessions for enhanced healing. **During COVID these sessions are all done virtually over zoom to allow for breathwork without the hindrance of a mask. This does allow sessions to be recorded by request.
